Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our in-house sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong network of clients or prospects, and a passion for real estate sales. The Sales Agent will be responsible for promoting and selling our properties to potential buyers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to promote our properties and generate leads.
- Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about features, amenities, and pricing.
- Assist clients in the decision-making process by providing accurate and timely information.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
- Provide ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, including coordinating with the marketing and construction teams.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Attend networking events, seminars, and trade shows to expand your network and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate sales agent or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
- A portfolio of existing clients or prospects in the real estate industry is preferred.
